Here’s how to get the right help, based on your subscription tier:

🟢 Free Forever & Starter Plans

You have access to:

  • 🤖 AI Chatbot — Ask questions 24/7 for instant answers to common setup, shipping, and troubleshooting issues.

  • 🎟️ Ticketed Support — Submit a support ticket anytime. We aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Tip: Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right of your screen to start a conversation.


🟠 Warrior Plan

Everything in Free Forever & Starter, plus:

  • 💬 Quick Response Live Chat — Chat with a real human during business hours for faster help with setup, order issues, or feature questions.

Live Chat Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm (your local time zone)


🔵 Enterprise Plan

Everything in Warrior, plus:

  • 👤 Dedicated Account Manager
    Get personalised support via email and phone, including:

    • Onboarding assistance

    • Performance reviews

    • Priority issue resolution
