📦 Free Forever and Starter plan users
💬 Warrior and Enterprise users (as a backup or outside live chat hours)


✍️ How to submit a ticket

  1. Click the 💬 chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

  2. Type your question or describe the issue.

  3. If Fin can’t help, it will offer the option to “Send a message” or “Contact support.”

  4. Click that option and provide:

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Steps you've already taken

    • Screenshots (if possible)

✅ Once submitted, our team will get back to you via email.


⏳ Response times

We aim to respond to tickets within:

  • 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Faster response times for Warrior & Enterprise plans


💡 Pro tips for faster support

  • Include your Shopify store name

  • Tell us which page or feature you're using

  • Add screenshots or screen recordings when possible
