If your shipping labels are coming out the wrong size, here are a few things to check:
✅ 1. Check your label size in the app
Go to Settings > Labels in your Pack to the Future dashboard and make sure you’ve selected the correct size:
A6 (4x6 inch or 105mm x 148mm) — Recommended for thermal printers
A4 — Used if you're printing four labels per standard sheet on a regular printer
Changing this setting should fix most size-related issues.
🧠 2. Check your printer configuration
If your label size is correct in settings but still printing incorrectly, the issue is likely with your printer setup.
Make sure your printer is set to the correct paper size (A6 or A4)
Check for any scaling or resizing settings in your printer preferences
Ensure your print quality settings are optimised for label printing
