Frequently asked questions
Can I use different units in different places?
Yes. The General tab sets defaults, but you can switch units in the booking modal at any time.
What happens if I don’t set backup rates?
The app will still work, but bookings may fail if carrier rates are unavailable. Setting backup rates is strongly recommended.
Do warehouse hours restrict when I can book shipments?
No. You can book shipments anytime. Hours are only used for pickup scheduling and estimates.
Can I set different hours per warehouse?
Not currently. Warehouse hours are global. Per-warehouse hours may be added in future updates.
What timezone are warehouse hours in?
Your Shopify store’s local timezone.
Can I turn off all email notifications?
Yes. Uncheck all notification options and save.
Do backup rates affect what customers see?
No. Backup rates are internal only. Live carrier rates are always preferred.
